Terms of Service
License
- Free tier: 1 group, up to 10 shortcuts. No purchase required.
- Pro: Unlimited groups and shortcuts, plus cloud sync (Google Drive / WebDAV). One-time purchase of $9.99, lifetime license — not a subscription.
- Lifetime updates are included for both Free and Pro. You keep getting new features and bug fixes for as long as TikiTaka is developed.
- A Pro license is activated on one device at a time. Deactivate from within the app (Settings → License) to move the license to a different machine. Deactivating reverts the device to the Free tier.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or license keys.
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
TikiTaka and all associated content are the property of the developer. Your license grants you the right to use the software, not ownership of it.
Disclaimer
TikiTaka is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to data loss or system issues.
The optional cloud sync feature relies on third-party services (Google Drive, your chosen WebDAV server). The developer is not responsible for outages, data loss, or policy changes by those providers. Your locally stored data remains the source of truth and is independent of any cloud sync state.
Updates
Updates are provided at the developer's discretion and are delivered through the built-in auto-update feature. The developer reserves the right to modify features in future versions.
Changes to terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Refund policy
- 14-day refund, no questions asked — If you are not satisfied with your purchase, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing 2601948tv@gmail.com. No justification required.
- Free tier available — TikiTaka offers a free tier so you can evaluate the software before purchasing. We encourage you to try before you buy.
- How to request — Send an email including your license key or order number. Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days via the original payment method (Lemon Squeezy).
- After refund — Your license is invalidated and cloud sync credentials stored on your devices are automatically removed on the next license revalidation (within 24 hours).
- After 14 days — Refund requests after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis.

- Pro 라이선스는 한 번에 1기기에서 활성화됩니다. 다른 기기로 옮기려면 앱 내에서 비활성화 (설정 → 라이센스) 후 새 기기에서 재활성화하세요. 비활성화된 기기는 무료 플랜으로 되돌아갑니다.
사용 제한
다음 행위는 금지됩니다:
- 소프트웨어의 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 디스어셈블
- 소프트웨어 또는 라이선스 키의 재배포, 재판매 또는 서브라이선스
- 불법적인 목적으로의 사용
지적재산권
TikiTaka 및 관련 콘텐츠는 개발자의 자산입니다. 라이선스는 소프트웨어의 사용권을 부여하며, 소유권을 이전하지 않습니다.
면책 조항
TikiTaka 는 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 개발자는 데이터 손실이나 시스템 문제를 포함한 소프트웨어 사용으로 인한 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
선택 사항인 클라우드 동기화 기능은 제3자 서비스(Google Drive, 사용자가 선택한 WebDAV 서버)에 의존합니다. 해당 제공자의 서비스 중단, 데이터 손실, 정책 변경에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다. 로컬에 저장된 데이터가 항상 우선 출처(source of truth)이며, 클라우드 동기화 상태와 독립적으로 유지됩니다.
업데이트
업데이트는 개발자의 재량에 따라 제공되며, 내장된 자동 업데이트 기능을 통해 전달됩니다. 개발자는 향후 버전에서 기능을 변경할 권리를 보유합니다.
약관 변경
본 약관은 언제든지 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 후 소프트웨어를 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
환불 정책
- 14일 환불, 사유 불문 — 구매 후 14일 이내라면 사유를 묻지 않고 전액 환불해드립니다. 2601948tv@gmail.com 으로 이메일만 보내주시면 됩니다.
- 무료 체험 가능 — TikiTaka 는 무료 티어를 제공하므로 구매 전 충분히 평가할 수 있습니다.
- 요청 방법 — 라이선스 키 또는 주문번호를 포함해 이메일을 보내주세요. 환불은 보통 영업일 기준 3일 이내, Lemon Squeezy 원결제 수단으로 처리됩니다.
- 환불 후 처리 — 라이선스는 무효화되며, 다음 자동 재검증 (24시간 이내) 에 클라우드 동기화 자격증명도 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
- 14일 이후 — 14일 이후의 환불 요청은 사안별로 검토됩니다.
